Huge volumes of aggregates are required for railway works mostly known as GSB which is of size 20mm to 40mm. The rock / stone is crushed to size 00mm to 40mm and screened to 2 sizes of 00mm to 19mm and 20mm to 40mm respectively.

The standard feed size a mobile jaw crushercan take is 250mm to 350mm (12 inches) and the output production size is 80mm to 120mm depending upon the capacity of the crusher. Small portable mobile crusher of 80 TPH to 100 TPH intakes the feed capacity of 200mm and production output of around 00mm to 50mm.
The portable mobile crushers are available with crushing capacity of 80 TPH to 200 TPH and even 350 TPH is also available. Required modification, if available with the manufacturers can also be introduced accordingly.
