We offer customer specific solution for stone mining and stone crushing in India. Our skilled team of operators and staff is capable of completing stone / rock mining along with crushing and screening for the production of GSB and Aggregate along with sand.
We provide sand making crushers which are capable of crushing rock and stones to fine coarse sand as required size by the customer.
Our mining team is capable of mining rock, stone, basalt and minerals like ore, quartz, granite etc. Mining is done with help of wagon / rig drillers by open and control mining procedures with capacity of 1000 MT to 5000 MT and above per day.
The rock and stone is mined and transported to the crushing and screening site. The mined rock / stone is fed into crusher hopper either with the help of excavators or directly with mini hyvas. For feeding directly through hyvas, retreating wall is constructed along with a fix bunker for stocking the raw stone / rock fed through the hyvas. These raw stone and rock with the help of vibro feeder is fed to the primary crusher which is mainly a jaw and the feeding size can be upto 500mm.
From the jaw crusher, boulder / mined raw stone / rock after crushing is fed to secondary crusher, which is either a jaw or cone crusher. The crushed material obtained from secondary crusher is later fed to screening equipment which is either inbuilt of is mounted separately.
From the screener, the aggregates, sand and GSB is recovered and stocked separately as per the size they are screened with the help of conveyors.
